Purchased "free samples" of Revita Cream and Anti-Wrinkle Serum on 5/11/2011, ten days later $74.76 charged to credit card. Called customer support numbers 1-855-8433434 and 02-91912787 in Australia and got no answer just recorded message to wait for next available operator who never answers. Emailed to [email protected] and received automated reply that someone will reply with 48 hours. They never did. On 25/11/2011 a further $82.80 was charged to my credit card. I tried again to contact them but nobody answered. I called my Bank and cancelled my credit card to stop any further payments and asked them to attempt to get money back. Clearly this is a scam! I'm really pissed off.

John.

  • I too sent for the trial samples of these creams, although I was charged for them, around lO euros. After reading your complaint I emailed them and today have received an email cancelling my order - excuse me what order? Thanks to you I have probably saved myself a small fortune. Thanks
