i ordered flowers from bloomstoday in july and had to enroll in the bloomsrewards program to get promotional pricing. i was told i had to cancel in 21 days or i would be continually charged. i called back aqround 15 or 16 days and cancelled and asked if that was all i had to do and was told yes i would not receive any more charges from my account. i checked my account a few days ago and they have been deducting 9.99 a month for the last 4 months. when i called them to ask about it it took 45 mins to get through all the prompts and then i was told that they had no record that i had called but they would be happy to discontinue there service. I know i cancelled it 4 months ago and who knows if they even cancelled it this time guess i'll need to keep watching my account.
