i bid for a satelite navigation watch worth about £150.00 in sep 11. I won this and was advised would normally be delivered within 21 days. I have not received it. Whn i emailed i was told the shipment had been delayed but it was on its way. |Early november i asked for a refund if product would not be delivered and was told it was in stock but despatch was delayed due to being busy and that delivery could not be guaranteed before xmas. Thats more than 3 months and i do not know who else to complain to.

- I have won lots of items from biddi.com and yes I have recieved some of them, they took over 2 months to be delivered and when they did arrive 3 or 4 items were in one box, I had paid individual postage on each item. I am now waiting for several other items and have asked where they are, usual email back, logistics, problems etc, and no guarantees that anything won in October or November would be delivered by christmas, bang goes the 21 days then. Nothing arrives when it is supposed to, 14 days for a cheque, had to email about one I had won, eventually took about a month. Think biddi is going down hill at the moment, one auction an hour, not very much in the way of goods and so many big bid buddies on everything, usually all the same names, bots? My gripe is tell people the goods are going to take 2 months or more to arrive, if you want to wait that long that`s up to you. Winding down my account now, had enough.
