Just viewed my internet banking and saw this charge, typed the name pro-resv into google and its basically come from that acai berry scam except now its an anti-aging skincare brand i foolishly bought the acai berry last year thinking i'd found a more reputable website to get it from guess not and looks like they passed my details on. So perhaps any website you may have ordered from could have passed your details on to these fraud people. Anyway i rang my bank HSBC and told them it was an unauthorised charge and they have refunded me, from what i could understand from the guy not speaking amazing english was that unless i can get hold of this company they won't be able to stop any future charges!
