I was going through my E-mail when I noticed an ad for Black Friday deals. I was curious as I do a lot of shopping online. I clicked on the page and was told that I had to registed to get into the site. This is not an unusual request as most legal auction sites do the same. I did what I was told, as I entered the last part of the registration (credit card info.) an invoice saying ¨thanks for your purchase and a dollar amount¨ flashed before my eyes in a matter of seconds and disappeared. I was confused, I wasn´t sure I had actually seen it or if my eyes were playing tricks on me. I SAID TO MYSELF, THIS CAN´T BE TRUE, I HAVEN´T ENTERED THE BIDDING SITE AND I AM BEING BILLED FOR SOMETHING I DIDN´T AUTHORIZE. I immediately onlined my bank account and sure enough there it was, but what was it for, what did I buy? I has to go to my JUNK E-mail to get the answer. $99.00 for bids I did not want, did not authorize payment for and probably will not use. WHAT TO DO, still confused I called Z-Biddy (not once but several time) I waited and waited for someone to answed the telephone, never happened. I tried to communicate with them online, no one came on, finally I left them an E-mail. I even called my bank to stop payment and was told that all they could do was pay them and file a complaint. I decided to go to the auction site, bid and try to get my money back in some way. I spent most of one night and a great part of the next day trying to get in a bid to win something, never happened, several times I thought I was a last second winner but it was always someone else. It is impossible to win on this site and I am too old to spend the rest of my life biddy on items that I will never get. I calculated that the company makes over ten times what the biddy items is worth and this does not include shipping charges. ON THIS SITE YOU COULD SPEND HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AND NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO SHOW FOR IT.......BEWARE.
