I bid for an ipad and when I tracked back later and found I had not won the auction I was shocked to find no bidding points left in the pot! This is my christmas shopping money and my kids will have less money towards the already thinner xmas stocking this year. I feel such an idiot! How can they get away with this so easily. Is there anything we can do.
