I signed up for the disc that comes in the mail for the $2 charge, obviously gave them my credit card information. i checked my credit card statement in the mail to check that it was only for that amount, and on my next statement is another charge for $57.93. I called my credit card company to see if they had a contact number, and they informed me there was another charge from 2 days ago. I called and got a "representative" who played me around, tried to tell me that he would only refund one charge, and I told him I wanted to speak to a manager. He comes back says he has to disconnect me I have to call back. I called back and got the same guy, then got hung up on. I called back again but it said the line was not in service. I have signed up for trial usage on other websites, and they clearly state the trial period, how to cancel, and the charges that will be applied. I was in no way informed that it was a trial usage, what the charge would be, I never would have signed up for this otherwise.
