I purchased two items from this website via Google Wallet. As I began to doubt the order since I had not gotten a reply about my order or status from Knicknacks & Paddywacks I attempted to look up this "Knicknacks & Paddywacks Website," things started to fall into place. The phone number and the address of the company, that's provided as a contact are a scam. I googled the phone number and it had been reported by others as spam, I called the number and after it rang over 20 times, there was still NO answer or voice mail option. The address was googled as well and I received a response that this address can not be located. Its all false. The worst part of this all is that now my children are out of their "special" Christmas presents. What a shame...

- Yes, I was lucky enough to get the money back. Google wallet has been great to work with. It's a relief that I was fortunate enough to go through them, no hassle, filled out a request for funds and next thing I know my money was back in the bank. If I wouldn't of used Google Wallet, I would've lost more than just $204.00...

- Hey angela i ordered stuff from them 2 days ago and waited to see if any response no items have shipped yet so i got nervous and looked up the knicknacks andpaddywacks.. who did u contact with google wallet to get your money back i filed a complaint contacted the sellers and did the normal protocol is there anything else i can do to get my money back...just like u it was for the one big gift my son really wanted!!

- Did you use Google wallet to checkout with? If you did, at the very bottom of the email they sent you for payment confirmation is a link to click on if you are having problems with Google wallet . Click on it and it will take you to the page where you can file a report against it. Hope this helps.

- Same here. I ordered a touchpad for $190 on Nov 21, received an email that it had shipped and my cc had been charged on the 28th, now it is Dec 9th and still nothing. Tried contacting them and nothing. I also used google checkout-thank goodness! Any idea how long it takes them to reverse the charge once you file a claim?

It happened to me as well, Two leap pads (270) from belles general store from ecrater. thought it was weird no tracking on shipping, since its comes free with online usps postage, should of went with my gut. Then charged from a different store, Sent out there emails. Now disputing, which would be faster.... disputing with google checkout of amex?

- It only took 2 days for a return of payment through Google Checkout. I'd go through them and file your claim.

- Thanks Angela! Google sent me an email with 30 minutes telling me rebuff would refund my money! Im so sorry it happened to all of you! But I'm so glad Google took care of it! Just another reason why Google is awesome :)
