SIgned up for free trial sachets of the pure collagen product and Juvena hydrogen skincare product. Was charged only for postage. Then all this stuff arrived while I was away and I have since found out they have been charging it to my credit card account and only sending a dispatch note with the products, Not an amount charged or any other details. I am horrified and feel quite helpless as to know what to do about it.

  • This has also happened to me - identical story all over - has anyone any success with Rita-Col? - Juvena refunded my money immediately when I called (called Australian number and was connected to the states).

  • I called Pure Collagen (Revita-Col.com) on 0289994104 and was redirected to the US. They have said they will refund my money in 5-7 working days. I wasn't very polite and refused to answer their questions etc and was very wary about releasing anymore of my personal details. I kept demanding that the unauthorised payment be refunded immediately, which they have said they will do. I have diarised the time and date of call and name of customer officer. Ring now! Get your money back!

  • I am experiencing the same problem - unauthorised use of credit card and product keeps arriving every couple of months - i am on the phone now to a representative who says they won't do anything about it. The company states that there is a clause in the initial "free trial" which states if they don't hear from you within 15 days of trialling free product they will assume you wish to continue purchase. I have managed to cancel future orders but no money back.
