I ordered this item as a trial, tried it and didn't like it. I tried calling to cancel my subscription numerous times but to no avail did anyone ever pick up the phone. Leanpsa had the nerve to keep charging my credit card. I went on to Leanspa site to cancel online but couldn't do that either because when they asked for a shipping number it didn't match what was on my order receipt and therefore couldn't log in. As indicated on their return policy you must write an RMA # on the front of your return package otherwise their shipping department will not even look or acccept your return. But once again if you cannot reach them it is not possible to obtain one. All they want from you is to take advantage of their trial offer and suck you in.
