Had paid for shoes via Paypal online. Never received the typical automatic receipt or email from seller. Seller does not respond to emails. Found significant online evidence that seller is fraudulent. Opened a claim with Paypal, do not expect to hear anything positive from them. Website, in hindsight, had a price that was quite a bit lower than elsewhere. And lousy English.
