09/02/2011 CELLTRACKAGENT.COM 888-376-0950 UT -$69.95 - Still no refund after a two months and a half as promised by this company. Charged my account 9/2/2011 - and still waiting for a refund after filling out my refund form.


I lost my I-phone and wanted to find it - I spent $1 to see what this company could do - I didn't read the fine print - I had to have it installed on my phone and since I didn't have my phone - I don't need the product. I was told to fill out a refund form which I did promptly, and wish I sent certified - they should have received it 9/4 - 9/6. I called a couple days later and was told it takes 30 days to process and 5 days to refund. I continue to call and am told there are no supervisors. or managers that can tell me the status of my refund or find my refund application. The people answering the phones very unhelpful as to telling me when I am getting my refund- I was even hung up on and told by an employee he was the owner - or I get "all the supervisors and managers are in a meeting". This company I feel is a fraud, and as I lost a $400 dollar phone - this is kinda like salt in the wound. I am told I will get a call back - and am done with the run around - I am filing a complaint with you and really feel people need to know this company is a SCAM - I may consider the Utah attorney general also. There is no reason after almost a two and a half I have not gotten a refund - and worst thing is they have my debit card number. I am tired of talking to them and them ignoring the BBB complaint, and want my money back.
