This was the WORST BUSINESS EXCHANGE I'VE HAD IN MY LIFE. I was quoted $450 and change for a move from 2 bedroom Condo to a town house that was literally 10 minutes away, and was instead charged close to $2200. Thats more than FIVE TIMES what I was quoted!!!

Most of our stuff was pre-packed in boxes and was already taken to our new place the night BEFORE by MY FAMILY, so there were a few nick-nacks and a few things left.... they apparently used 50 BOXES most of which were used to WRAP OUR FURNITURE WITH (like the sofa!?!?!??!?!). The rest of the 15 boxes were used for small items and they charged us $25 PER BOX, and they used more than 5 boxes of TAPE (each box had 8 tapes in them), and they shrink wrapped EVERYTHING including books, and things that need NOT be WRAPPED!!

When they arrived at the new place, the gave me a bill of $2200 that they said I had to pay before they would unload the truck... essentially they HIJACKED MY WHOLE LIFE until I paid them what they wanted. We even got the cops involved and Vladimir LIED to the cops and said there was no manager that he could speak to that day (after the cop left he was on the phone speaking to someone about what was happening...hmm wonder who he was talking to).

I called Andrew and as soon as I told him I wanted to discuss the move I had, he hung up on me.

The bottom line is... unless you can afford to be charged 5 times what you are originally quoted, DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS. I've used movers to move over an hour away for $500, and they used the same material, they shrink wrapped and blanketed everything, and boxed everything properly.
