I log on this site before to report this company also and I wanted to give some people information to hopefully get their money back. I did report this to my bank first and opened an investigation. Then I called them the first time and of course they told me no also. The second time I threatened lawsuit and requested an supervisor. I spoke with a Mary Parker and they gave me the official website they operate from. They swear they are a legitimate business and they aren't trying to scam anyone....after a lengthy conversation she issued a refund code to me and assured me I would receive a confirmation to my email...I called back today (11-28-11) and the rep said it is in process..I just checked my email and I received a confirmation to get my money back. Here is the information I collected.....

- Thank you for the info. Same thing happened to me. Just got an alert this am that my account is overdrawn, when I looked, there's the $30 charge. Hopefully I can take care of this today. Thanks again

- I also had this happen. I filed a fraud complaint with my bank on the same day it happened 11/23 and today that charge was reversed back to me. I also filed a complaint with the FTC.

- I called the above numbers and was told they don't have my money. They said that the money is withdrawn from the lender and I was to go to the yourloan101.com website to get the lenders information, which of course was not there. Lesson learned.
