Charged 11.99 / month for 5 months for nothing. Lied during checkout at FYE store about free membership. Cancelled once previously but charges did not stop - to cancel call 1-877-351-2131. They will offer $40 bucks but quietly mention 'to continue your membership'. Tell them NO - cancel membership. Get a cancellation number and get the name AND the ID number of the person you talk to. You'll have to ask for their ID #.

- Would like to point out that we are trained to tell you it is a free 30 day trial. Then tell you that if you don't cancel you will get charged. and it says everything right in the booklet you get
