I received a package in the mail from Paint Zoom containing a paint sprayer. Enclosed was an invoice showing a deduction from my debit card for 52.98 and a balance due of 66.66. Also included was my new members kit for My Premier Saving. I first called Paint Zoom and they kind of went around saying I had placed the order on their website and joined the shopping company at the same time. Sorry guys I have not been shopping for a paint sprayer. They even tried to convince me to buy it. Finally they agreed to email me a return label that I am still waiting on!! I then contacted MyPremierSavings.com and lo and behold it sounded like the same call center. As i started my my conversation the agent said I see we already have a return scheduled for you. I point blank asked if they were one in the same company he was evasive but said they were associated. I asked for the email address they had on file for me. They gave me [email protected] most definitely not my address. They also gave me the registration contact address as 4204 Wainman Line Orillia, ON Canada. Will keep you posted as to how this resolves itself.
