I received a notice letter with a claim number and a check for $4,956.20 payable to my name. I called Stanley Gomez at 1-912-330-4479 and he put me on hold for 15 minutes. Then I called Eric Morales at 1-778-323-6788 and he told me to deposit the check to pay for insurance for the grand prize of $200,000.00. I asked, if I won that amount why are you only sending me $4,956. He told me if I wasn't interested in receiving the money to tell him and he will give the money to someone else.
