GET YOUR MONEY BACK!
Ahhhhh!!! I'm so frustrated! This so call company got into my account and took thirty bucks. I called them and they tried to sell me a payday loan while I was complaining. Unbelievable!
I came on this board to see if anyone else had been scammed. I feel ya'lls pain, but I was able to get my money back so I thought I would see if I could help a few others.
I was able to talk my way to a supervisor who eventually put me through to someone that controlled the refunds.
Long story short, email Doris Kappelhoff at: [email protected] and tell her you want your money back or you'll contact the BBB!
I was able to get my money in about 5 business days. She was really nice. If this company knew what it was doing, they would have put me in touch with her in the first place instead of those foreigners!
