Discovered that when we ordered a product from the Solutions catalog, they put us into a monthly "Solutions Reward" program charging $14.95/mo over the last year. Apparently you have to check a box to NOT be put into the program. We were never contacted about the benefits we were supposed to be getting through the program, and would have canceled if we had been notified.
