I had this company clean the grout for my house and the technician sold me a 5 years warranty to come back and clean at no charge. When I called them to come back, the operator said he will charge me ½ price to come back. He said I only paid for 50% of the next visit. On the agreement, it didn’t mention anything about ½ price. And he argued it didn’t mention free either. My copy said warranty price for next visit is 0.00 reseal. Because it’s such a scam, I didn’t bother to waste my time to argue with him. He may come back and try to sell me another scam.
