I ordered a trial of your product on the 11 September 2011 at a cost of $2.42 NZ. When the product arrived on 24 September 2011, I read that it was an ongoing subscription (in-which there was no indication when first ordering ). I rang ( 1-201-9423600) to cancel and got an answer phone so went on line to find how I could cancel and found that I could email requesting an RMA number. I filled in an on site form requesting the RMA number informing you that I had not opened the product and wish to return it and cancel the order. A few days later I got a reply informing me that the order was cancelled and my account would be refunded any monies and that I did not need to return the product. I was very please with your prompt reply and sorting the matter out, except that I received another in the mail 18 November 2011 and that you had debited my account. Twice again I tried to ring 2 other numbers on the 18 November (061-280 711911) 22 November (061-291 912787 ) and got an answer phone so once again went on line to fill out a form to cancel, as of today the 30 November 2011 I have not had a reply.
Please, I do not wish to receive any more orders and would be grateful that you cancel this order and not debit my account. I have the product here unused and will return if you send me the RMA and an address to which to send it.
