I had an email with regards to a free sample of anti age cream but had to pay the packaging of £5.95 which was taken on the 1/9/2011. Since that date i have been receiving products, no idea where they came from, no invoice, just a slip of paper containing product and quantity. Since the first date 1/9/2011 I have had money taken off my debit card the dates are as follows:- 9/9/11, 13/9/11,15/9/11,23/9/11,4/10/11,20/10/11,27/10/11,3/11/11,11/11/11,24/11/11 amounting to £519.47 I have no idea how to stop this happening

- hi my name is tina. I also purchased the above item on sunday 27/11/11, however panicked when I realised how much it was each month. i sent emails but received an automated reply. the number they gave I was unable to get through directly so I rang bank this am. the number the bank gave me was 08081683684 so I rang and got speaking to an operator. they confirmed any future orders would be cancelled and an email would be sent. this was five mintes ago as yet have received no email howver, bank said that as long as I had cancelled, future payments could be stopped. hope this is some help to you.

- I work at a company with the similar name, and I have over 15 complaints about people having funds taken out of their accounts for some type of skincare product. Its frustrating, because we're being contacted and threatened at times, and we're not even associated with that company. Our company name is Revita Anti-Aging Center, and we're based out of Charlotte, NC. We are NOT the company everyone is seeking. But, I did work hard to find the right contact information. If you have a complaint regarding that company, then contact "[email protected]". That is their email address. I wish everyone the best of luck, because it is awful what they are doing to so many people.
