I ordered on 10/27/11, daughters birthday was 11/9/11. On 11/3/11 I recieved an email that said it would ship in 2-3 days. When I would pull the order status up it would say it will ship in 2-3 days and infact when I pull it up now it still says that with no real tracking device. I finally recieved it yesterday 11/28/11 and it doesn't look like the picture. In the picture the shirt had puffy sleeves with red bows on them mine is a plain tee shirt like one you'd buy at Michaels and it is GIANT even though I bought it according to their chart. My friends joked I could put a 1 in from of the 5 and she could wear it when she is 15! I emailed 9 times starting on 11/8/11 and only recieved 2 replies both of which were very plain and didn't address the questions I asked - P.C. but said nothing.
