I applied for a payday loan and $30.00 was debited from my checking account without my authorization or knowledge. When I called and finally got through they claimed the fee to be a one time fee for membership. I demanded my money back and they agreed they would refund it but to date nothing has been returned. They claimed the advertising stated the fee but there was no such information provided.
