Just like everyone else, call to get a refund and I think there are two people there, no managers or anyone to help. They already charged my account. They also have special procedures on returning the product so you have nothing. Your out your money and there is NO one to help.

EYEPOTHESIS is a total and complete scam! They will rob you out of your money, and you will only have "5 days" to try the product before you buy it, however they never send you a sample, and you better hope that the product arrives within those precious 5 days, because then they will charge you with a wopping $78.41, and then, if you decide, nevermind, don't expect them to refund your account. I spoke with their representative and supervisor, they wont budge. They said that my account has been cancelled however I do not trust that and have decided to cancel my CC. I have NEVER ever done business with ANY legitimate company and have been told no, you cannot return your unopened product for a full refund.
Do not purchase from these people. They will rob you. -
