T-Mobile just informed me of this charge on my 13 year-old's phone since September and they will not remove it, telling me it was a downloaded subscription - he isn't allowed to subscribe to anything so I know he hasn't.
My email to the company after googling them didn't go through. What is everyone doing to have this corrected? Let me know at (Personal Information Removed)
