They claim there is a 365 day no questions asked warranty, But will not refund me. I have saved all corresponding emails and everything from them . they even said the money is on its way. then they denied my dispute through PayPal. And said to speed up getting my money back to close PayPal dispute? They keep saying open a refund ticket to get my money back but I did that the day I bought it.

- you are not going to get anywhere with them. They will just e-mail you the same thing. Call your bank and file a claim, they will reverse the charges...;)
