Stupidly I sent off for skin cream on two occasions. I have had a part refund but nothing significant from Juvenue but cannot find a number for the other one. Bank has not been too helpful. I am so annoyed as everything was hidden in T&Cs which is so underhand. They keep taking money out of my account - even today another £70 odd was taken. Yesterday the same. Help stop these people from abusing us and having the capacity to keep stealing.
