I ordered 2 free products-postage and packing £2.97 and £2.95, which I paid using credit card-which arrived promptly, on checking credit card statement today-01.12.2011-I find that the same company have taken unauthorised funds of £74.95 from my account without me agreeing to buy any other products.

- I have managed to contact the company through telephone. Was told that I had agreed to buy a further product (?) which I have been billed for and which will be sent out in the post. When I explained I had not agreed to any further products and would like a refund of the £74.95, I was given a refund number and told to expect the refund within 7-10 days. Watch this space. The contact number is on the despatch note that came with the original products.
