I tried 3 times to call, after waiting over 15 minutes a man asked my name and my phone number. I gave my name but refused my phone number. Eriz said I had to give him my phone # as he could not discuss or answer my question(s) about charge and how they obtained my Master Card number. Finally I gave it and he could not tell me how long, but a customer service person would call. No one called. I called another number to dispute charge and no one answered after holding 20 minutes, went to busy.
I filed a disputed claim with Master Card. Called BBB and filed with them, as this is a scam. I did not ask nor receive any product. Never heard of them.
