I got a phone call from "James Petereson" that I had won 2.8 Million. He wanted certain information from me and I told him I knew nothing about what he was talking about. I supposedly won because I paid my bills. I thought this was funny as I am unemployed and having a hard time. He sent me an e-mail explaining everything. Thats when I found out about the $1500 Processing Fee and $3500 Blue-ribbon app. fee. When he called me back I told him I had no money to give him. His phone number is876-467-9547
