I placed an order from their website for a mini netbook computer late in the evening on Wednesday, 11/29. I called the next day to cancel the order and could not get through to a live person. I sent two emails to customer service with my request. I received no response other than an auto-generated email giving me a complaint number. I called again on Thursday, 12/1, and finally got through to a live person on their sales line. The woman confirmed my order, confirmed it had not shipped, but said the only way for me to cancel was to obtain a return authorization from their website and fax it in to them. She did not tell me that I could not obtain a return authorization (or an RMA form) until my order had actually been processed and shipped. I couldn't even locate a fax number to fax in a cancellation request. I tried numerous times to reach someone in both customer service and sales and only ended up reaching a voice message or a fast busy signal after waiting for a significant amount of time on hold. I researched the company online and found that numerous people had complained about this company. It seems they are notorious for making it impossible to cancel your order before it ships. Then they charge a 25% restocking fee and a 25% cancellation fee. Sounds to me they are determined to make money one way or the other.
