I received a phone call from a representative claiming to be from Karda Investment Services Inc. She called from 888-951-5926. She stated that I was approved for a personal loan in the amount of $7,500.00. However, I would have to send collateral in the amount of $1150.00. I told her that I didn't have that for collateral. She said that I could send her $625.00. I sent her the $625.00 on November 26. She said that the money would be in my account on November 28 at 11:00. It was not there. I contacted her about my deposit. She said that the deposit didn't go in because I needed insurance for my loan and I needed to send $797.00. I stated that I didn't have that amount. She said that she would take $200.00 off and that I could send $580.00. I sent her the $580.00 on November 30. She stated that it would be in my account on November 30 at 11:00. It did not go in. I contacted the representative who goes by the name of Cindy Scott today about my deposit. She came up with another excuse stating that her account department which is based in Canada did not wire the money because they need the wire fees from me in the amount of $475.00. I told Cindy that I needed a refund back. She said that she will be able to send it to me but it will take up to 30 days. She also claims that they have private investors in Canada who make the decisions about personal loans. She also said that they have a local office here in Orlando Florida and provided me the fax number to send over my information.
