I have taken the free trial advisertised on the computer on the 27th October, got 4 products instead 1, products which I did not asked for; I have called and cancelled the account within the legal time limit, I got a confirmation by email, still 10 days later, my credit card was debited with 3 amounts for products, which I do not have, because i have returned them to EH49 9AP, as is stated on the delivery note.
