Reported earlier but didn't complete - this a continuation of this.
I do not have pctools on my new lap top. Received notification from bank showing this transaction. But I discovered this before I received notication - checked my acct. and discovered this transaction. I did not give anyone permission to do this.

I am having difficulty as my computer skills are not the best. I have statement but do not know how to up load info. There by causing me problems to complete the info you need. So, help (smile).
