So my mom went on the computer and searched on Google uggs boot she scrolled down and clicked on the one that said 39% off! I was sleeping it was 7 AM she was up early because of black Friday sales. She thought it was legit because everything was cheep that day. She woke me up to make the order. I dident look at what website because i dident know this will ever happen. So when we ordered we never got a confirmation email. And in the credit card page it said it accepted Visa,Mastercard and all those. But we tried it with MasterCard but their wasn't a option so we had to use my dads credit card witch is Visa. The Next day 2 new emails came saying we ordered 2 orders of the same with added another $276.50. But the second one dident charge my dads credit card. Later we searched if it was a scam and we found out it was. So now I called to China more then 30 times and they answered twice saying they will send a cancellation email but 3 days later they never did.

- The same thing happened to me. They didn't double charge but I placed an order on 12/1/11 and they charged my account but no email, no response to my email, nothing! I can't find a phone number for them! Did they ever respond to you?

- I placed an order on 12/2/11. I received no confirmation or response from them. My order total was $99.00. They did two transactions out of my account. One for $100.01 and the other $1.00. I have sent them emails since there is no contact info and no response. I believe we have been scammed. I went to my bank to start a merchandise fraud. Very disappointed. If we even finally do recieve the boots, I'm pretty sure they will be fake Uggs. I have now canceled my card and had to order a new one so they will not have my card info to take more money out of my account.

- At one point when I went to log in to my account the site completely disappeared for a few hours then appeared again. Really fishy.
