I responded to an advert online offering free trial samples of pharmaceuticals. It suggested you only pay for post which was taken from my account in October. This was an acceptable amount (ca. $ 6). This month they have taken approx. $132 for this free trial. This last credit card transaction had a slightly different spelling (they use either instforhealth or instfrhealth, which stands for Institute of Health and Wellness, Clearwater, Florida). A large number of people caught out (for example on this and other Scambook pages, or see also www.complaintsboard.com) where most of the victims, like me seem to be in the UK not the US! Very strange. They also report that the telephone number given for complaints does not work. Someone has posted that the very small print that you had to complain of return the goods within 14 days. This was after a couple of weeks had passed before the goods arrived and if like me, you are billed for the big one a month after the smaller transaction! What chance have you got? This is a bad advert for the organisation, if it is in fact, the company and the scammers that are the same body. My purchase was Revivgenics serum but others have bought slimming aids and a variety of things. Like others caught with this, I have been forced to change my credit card. It's annoying at this time of year when that money could buy Christmas presents for people less crooked!
