Bidrack was having a free promotional day where if you signed up you would get 250 bids for free. I did this and later found out that they took $99.00 out of my account. I was furious and so i called them and talked to customer service. I got the so called spew of "I'm sorry but there is nothing that I can do", so they gave me an extra 100 bids that went away in a couple of days but no refund of my money that I did not authorize them to take. I called again later and the phone call went unanswered and then it was disconnected altogether.
