I thought I was changing my address with USPS and this company charged me $6.99 for the fee. They got the address incorrect and as a result my forwarded mail has been delayed. Left off Apt. # and it makes all the difference on delivery time. Came up as an official USPS organization and I believe that this was a real scam and I am out $6.99. Have changed with the USPS for $1.00 online since and am waiting to see the results. Can I get my money back? Ron A.
