i saw this charge on my accaunt i dont even know this company they take money from my accaunt without my permision..when i called them they were keep tellin me i got pre-apporove for a loan and thats why they charge this amount ...i told them i dont want this loan or i do not give them no permision about my personal info..i did ask them to cancel they said they cancel it but i doubt it i got their super visior name and number hopefully i will get my money back from this scam people

- had same problem on 11/15/11 and after three hrs & 2 phone calls, refund was approved. last call on 12/5/11 resulted w/refund today, 12/7. this was after telling them my atty, who is ex state sen. wanted to proceed w/chgs in fed. ct. his fees run $1000 per day, thats when they assured me of immed. refund w/i three days. refund was posted this a.m.
