I APPLIED FOR A $5000.00 LOAN AND WAS ASKED TO SEND A TRANSFER FEE. I SIGNED THE LOAN AGREEMENT AND SENT THE MONEY. AFTER THE MONEY WAS RECEIVED BY ATTORNEY DAVID SMITH I WAS TOLD BY THE CEO OF THE COMPANY, HARSH ROONGTA, THAT I NEEDED TO SEND AN ADDITIONAL $2500.O0 TO SECURE THE INSURANCE FOR THE LOAN. IT WAS STATED IN THE LOAN AGREEMENT THAT THE COMPANY WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SECURITY OF THE LOAN. THEREFORE, i REFUSED TO SEND ANYMORE MONEY. AT THAT POINT, THEY REFUSED TO SEND THE LOAN FUNDS AND WOULD NOT REFUND MY TRANSFER FEE. I COULD NOT CONSIDER SENDING MORE MONEY WITH NO FUNDS TO DO SO. NOW I HAVE NO MONEY TO LIVE ON AS THEY WOULD NOT EVEN REFUND THE TRANSFER FEE. I BELIEVE I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED IN THE WORST SENSE AND THEY NEED TO PAY ME BACK OR FORWARD THE LOAN AS PROMISED.
