Basically i booked theory test through them thinking it was with directgov. so instead of me paying the normall fee which is 31 pounds. they changed me 54 pounds.they did not send me a confirmation email regarding my test been booked and charged me that amount of money through my paypal account and personally think thats just taking the (Inappropriate Content Removed)!!!
