This "company" is a scam. I placed an online order for an iPhone screen. The item arrived broken so I have been trying to return it for over a week now. It is impossible to call customer service - I have called 5 days in a row now and after getting the recorded message that I'm "next in line" someone finally answers who says they are an answering service. They will "leave a message" with customer service who will return my call - never happens. The only way to get an RMA number for the return is via their website, which doesn't work. The physical address given on the website doesn't exist, according to Google Maps and if you try to e-mail them at the address given on the website, your mail will be returned undeliverable due to an invalid e-mail address. They also show they are affiliated with the BBB, but the BBB knows nothing about them. Infuriating!
