i got the phone call at work, i was told they would take $149.00 out the following saturday..the next week take 100.00 out for my voucher for the rent-a-car..well it never made it that far..first they did not take my money out until the following thrusday..that told me right there that they are not good..so i canciled my credit card..i got a new number, they were not going to take another dime from me..i was wronged because they didnt do what they said they were going to do..i have tried many time to cancil even before i got my etourantravel package they kept telling me to wait for it..so i waited for it..then the same day i got it i wanted to cancil the lady was very rude i ask to talk to a mangager..she put me on hold for a a few minutes.never said anything to me, just put me on hold..so i hung up got online an started to look up etourantravel.com, seen all these complaints..wow..then i seen you an here i am i hope you can help me..
