the told me 30 $ was an application fee before the funds i asked for was to be deposited when they took the 30$ that gave my account a 35$ nsf fee i called 866 210 1236 several times and got someone and they knew my name and had all my information from just giving my phone # when i was told about the 30$ i asked for it to be refunded i was told my loan would be processed in 3 days i said no thanks on the loan and would like my NSF fee and my 30$ refunded i was told that my 30$ would be refunded and not my NSF when i asked about the fee i was then threatned that the 30$ that was taken wouldnt be refunded "oh you don't want the 30$ back then ??" when i asked for more information on his company i was told that information wasn't given out all the information i got was his name was james garcia he was in heber utah and worked for a 3rd party company for ILENDERNETWORK in the loan verification department. He then made the mistake of asking me if I would like to have the call escalated I said yes. Then realizing his mistake he then kept asking why I wanted to escalate the call finally when he did transfer me it was to a voice mail box that was full. If this company takes 30$ from you keep calling the 866 210 1236 you will get someone eventually that tell you the 30$ will be refunded in 4-7days and give you a conformation # anything else like a NSF will not be or the orginal transactions of the 1cent 1cent 3 cent withdrawals then a 5 cent deposit wont be
