I had received a charge for prolash on my checking account in November. I had no idea what the product was until I googled it and saw this and a few other report websites for prolash scamming others. I never ordered the item and they said it was billed to and shipped to me. I filed a claim with my bank but they denied it because the bill to and ship to address were the same. I honestly did not purchase it and the company is completely irrational in issuing refunds for money they're stealing from people.
