I was told I was approved for a credit card in the amount of $1,100.00, and would be receiving it in 10 to 14 days. They took a $69.00 one time charge from my bank account which was supposed to be refunded after you received your card. On 11/21/11 I received an email stating that I should be receiving my card between Dec. 1 and Dec. 6th. I called and they said it was mailed. I have tried to reach them since Dec. 6th and their phone constantly rings busy during their supposed business hours. As of today I have still not received a refund of $69.00 or the credit card they were supposed to send.

  • i have been going through the same things and today I got through their phone lines, but same old story.... cards in the mail.... send you a new one
