i went to car vin checks a couple of days ago and they charged my card for 2.95 on that day today I just found out I was charged an additional 29.95 and do not have an account with these people i did not authorize this charge.

- The same thing happened to me. Last week I ordered a 2.95 car history report that I needed to prove a car had been sold. Yesterday ther was an additional charge of 29.95 on my debit card. I went back to the site and if you read the terms and conditions, it does state that they will charge a one time fee of 29.95 in order to use the site. I have had this happen before.. Sadly, its all in the fine print.
