I ordered a didymos german baby wrap from the doulashop.com. these wraps are rare and hard to find, but this site made it seem easy. I paid via paypal and my payment was processed immediately. it was supposed to ship and arrive within 5 days. instead, 11 days later, I got a notice it was being shipped with fed ex. it led to a tracking number that said shipment had been initiated, but not sent yet. It is 22 days after my order, and still no sign of it or shipment. I attempted emailing, with no response, calling, with no answer, and finally checked their return policy. they only offer refunds up to 21 days post order. I realized I was scammed by finding this site, and cancelled my paypal payment and have filed a complaint on paypal.
