I ordered some trainers for my boyfriend from airmaxselling.co.uk.
I put my laptop down. around 2 hours later I realised I hadn't selected a size. I checked my order, and realised I had ordered a size 9, but needed a size 11. I went to the site and emailed them asking them to change this before it is shipped out. I then didn't hear anything all evening. I checked it in the morning and still hadn't received a reply. I sent another mail requesting the change of reply, not even 24 hours after I had ordered it. I FINALLY received a response on 07/12/2011 from a very poor english speaking person from the site advising " "Dear There,

I am so sorry to tell you that we can not received you last email. We have shipped the item to you, the tracking number is "blank", you can track on http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp. It is too late to exchange it. Thanks.

I then tried to email sitecomplaint.com, filled out everything, went to press send, and a message came up advising "sorry, please send complaints to [email protected]" so i typed this into my web search bar, google, everything, and it is saying it doesn't exist.
The trainers haven't come yet, I am really stressed with all of this because it is a present for my boyfriend for christmas, and I have been conned out of xmas money. I am yet to get in touch with my bank, but until I have sent it back I assume they won't do anything either. Worth a shot though. If anyone has any help, much appreciated.

  • I have also been scammed by this website, i have emailed them twice and still heard nothing back! Did you manage to get your money back?

  • Have also had dealings with this company. Bottom line is fake trainers(not bad to be fair) from China although most people dont realise that upon ordering until payment taken and EMS shipping involved. In my case ordered 2 pair mens came very quick but 1 pair lilac/white not all white as ordered. Contacted them to say wrong item sent and been answered by fobb off replies, ie if not happy send back but will not pay return postage even though wrong item sent.Now have a dilemma have lost prob £60 on wrong trainers do I return at cost of £25ish , have feeling might not receive at return address given and then would prob charge again to send different pair.Bottom line is been ripped off cannot make them pay return postage . How do you threaten chinese company by email you just get same nonsense reply. If not like please return!
